Welcome to Next River Fundraising Strategies, LLC. By purchasing a product, downloading a resource, or enrolling in a course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We’ve kept them simple and clear so you know what to expect.

Products & Services

We sell:

- Physical products (like The Fundraiser’s Planner).

- Digital products (downloadable templates, guides, or planners).

- Online courses and trainings.

Each product description explains what you’re buying. If something isn’t clear, please contact us before you purchase.

Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through our checkout system (Stripe/PayPal). You’ll receive a receipt by email once your order is complete.

Shipping & Delivery

- Physical products: We package and ship promptly. Typical delivery is 7–10 business days within the U.S. (international shipping may take longer). You’ll receive tracking details by email.

- Digital products: You’ll get immediate access via download link after purchase and in your confirmation email.

- Courses: Enrollment details and access instructions are sent to the email you provide at checkout.

Refunds & Returns

- Digital products: Because these are instantly accessible, all sales are final and non-refundable.

- Physical products: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

- Courses: Refund policies are listed on each course page. Unless otherwise noted, courses are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Use of Materials

All products, downloads, and courses are for your personal or organizational use only. They may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission from Next River Fundraising Strategies, LLC.

Privacy & Communications

When you purchase, we collect your name, email, and payment details to process your order. We respect your privacy and never sell your information. You may also choose to join our email list (The Flow Chart) for tips and resources. You can unsubscribe anytime.
